Garza, the co-founder of #BlackLivesMatter, stated that the union with Reproductive Justice was formed for "the rights of women to be able to determine when and how to be able to start families." Having sex is a choice, whether you are 13-years-old or 50. If there was more funding toward pregnancy prevention, there might be lower rates of abortions.
