It was a difficult 21-days, mainly because of my personal life. I allowed my stress to overpower my detox. I ate some things that I should not have, I definitely had a few glasses of wine, but I know that I will continue to work on being a healthier me.

I missed another workout. I feel like a failure but I decided to go out with friends and missed my alarm. But, a kid free night was just what mama needed. I wish I would have went a worked out this morning, but sometimes you just need to spend time with your girls and dance.

Day 9: 21-Day-Detox

After being up all night into the morning, stressing, arguing, and feeling lower than I have in a long time, the last thing I want to do is go to a barbecue or workout. I cancelled my workout and plan to make up the day to meet my required 15 workouts at The Camp, within these 21 days.

Day 4: 21-Day-Detox 

Thursday, June 29, 2017, 9:00 PM

It feels so good to rest. I decided to call off work and really relax. Current position, feet up, sitting on my couch. Drinking tea with lemon. Listening to my favorite music. A kid free, sunny, relaxing, and restful day. 

My muscles definitely ache, but I think my body is ready for my 6:00 AM workout tomorrow.
