Dear Women

Don’t let anyone tell you to stop crying!

Don’t let anyone tell you you are too emotional or too weak.

Don’t let anyone tell you, you will fail!

Don’t you dare be afraid!

Speak up!

Advocate for yourself and cry if you want to.

Don’t let anyone walk over you or speak for you.

Be loud when you want to be loud.

Be quiet when you want to be quiet.

Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t or that you won’t.

Your power is inside of you.

Your heart matters.

Your feelings are valid.

Don’t let anyone stop you from reaching your dreams!

Don’t you dare stay in a “woman’s” place!

Don’t you dare sit quietly.

Reach for the stars!

Reach past the stars.

Never stop fighting for equality or equity.

Be proud of who you are.

Don’t you dare allow anyone to tell you what to do with your body.

Don’t let anyone keep you from your purpose.

Never give up.

Never stop trying and take a break when you want to.

You do not have to be a superwoman.

You do not have to be there for everyone all the time.

You were not created to serve.

Don’t let life pass you by because you are busy doing for everyone else but yourself.

Don’t forget who you are.

Don’t body shame yourself or beauty shame yourself.

Forgive yourself.

Speak kindly to yourself.

Accept yourself.

You are beautiful in every way.

You are exceptional.

You are so damn powerful.

Don’t doubt yourself or your journey.

You were created with purpose.

Perfection in every flaw you possess.

Embrace your truth.

Love,

Yourself.
