Day 18: 21-Day-Detox

I was able to make it to another workout; thank God.

I actually am starting to feel badly about the fact that I will not be able to continue at The Camp Transformation Center – Pittsburgh. I want to do the 6-week-challenge.  I have fallen in love with the staff and trainers, the workouts, and the facility in general. I have never been to a gym that is like The Camp and I am really going to miss it…

My goal has not changed… I want to lose a total of 70 lbs. My initial plan was to lose 30 lbs by August 30th but if I do not reach that goal, I will lose 30 lbs. before November 2017.


Meals 

  • Day 18: Pre-Workout Shake
    • Fresh Kale (handful)
    • 2 Peaches
    • 1 scoop Pea Protein Powder (Vanilla flavor)
    • 1 tsp. Milled Flax Seed
    • 3 Scoops It Works Greens blend
    • 6 oz. Spring Water
    • 6 oz. Almond Milk (unsweetened vanilla flavor)

    • Vegetable Soup
    • Chicken Salad
      • Chicken breast
      • Spring Mix
      • Tomatoes
      • Red Onion
      • Cucumber
