Today is my second weigh-in for my 21-day-detox at The Camp Transformation Center – Pittsburgh.
I went in hoping to have just maintained the 1.6 lbs. loss from last weweekLy job has been allowing me to go to my workout during a shift at 9:00 AM.
Immediately after my workout, I went to the weigh in table and took the sweat blet off my waist and kicked off my shoes. I stepped on the scale. I lost 2.8 lbs., a total of 4.4 lbs. in 2-weeks, and I could not be prouder.
I am shocked at my results because I had a bad, stressful, and emotional week, but I did take a few detox baths and tried to maintain my clean eating the entire week. Hard work, even when you have small failures, does pay off!
If you are starting a weight-loss or body transformation, be patient with yourself. If you look at my post from last Monday, Day 8: 21-Day-Detox, you will see that I was not happy with my initial results. Your body needs to adjust to a new workout, so be patient and know that if you put in the work and #ftdi (follow the damn instructions) of your workout or detox, you will see results.
