Day 12: 21-Day-Detox

I missed my workout.

I got up, put on my leggings and sneakers, woke up my daughter, got her dressed, dropped her off at childcare, went to work and planned to go to The Camp at 11. I forgot that there are many times you can go and workout, but there is a block of time where they are closed.

The Camp Transformation Center -Pittsburgh schedule: (so I can remember)

Mon.-Fri.: 5 AM, 6 AM, 7 AM, 9 AM, 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM, 7 PM, 8 PM 

Sat. & Sun: 8 AM, 9 AM


The stress is starting to attack my mind and my body. I am still sick, hoping a workout will get rid of it so decided to take a walk when I got off work. The rain ruined my walk and I hate working out at home, alone, but I have to keep pushing.

  • 50 squats
  • 30 pushups
  • 50 butt lifts
  • 30 Firehydrants (each leg)
  • 30 dead lifts
  • 50 toe touches

I am feeling like taking care of my daughter alone and making my workouts is going to be extremely difficult. My mother is an amazing support to me but she doesn’t have time to watch her “grandlady” as much as I would need.

I am going to try to do my best to make as many workouts as I can…


Meals

  • Day 12: Breakfast 
    • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
    • 1 Large Banana
    • Green Tea with Lemon

  • Day 12: Lunch/Garden Salad 
    • Spring Mix
    • Fresh Spinach
    • Red Onion
    • Tomatoes
    • Black Olives
    • Cucumber
    • Red Bell Pepper
    • Green Bell Pepper
    • Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinegar

  • Day 12: Dinner (meal prepped 3 days prior/no pic)
    • Baked Pineapple Chicken (repeat meal)
    • Sweet Potatoes
    • Asparagus
