Words to Live by

If we all could start living by these words, we would see more unity in this world.

Lean on loved ones.

Do something for someone without them knowing.

Hold someone close.

Speak truth.

Advocate for the elderly, children and women.

Speak kind words to yourself.

Live life to the fullest.

Regret nothing.

Learn from your mistakes.

Cry hard, it’s okay.

Defy hatred.

Love your body.

Dance all night long like no one is watching.

Treat others and like you would want to be treated.

Talk to God as often as you can.

Laugh out loud.

Never stop learning.

Forgive those who hurt you.

Pray for the sick, the poor, and for those worse off than you.

Silence the haters.

Never be an option.

Protect your heart, but love hard.

Don’t sweat the small stuff.

Think 10x before you do or say something.

Welcome immigrants and refugees.

Support #blacklivesmatter, LGBT+, Muslims, Jews, and all those who are discriminated against.

Remember to always give to those in need.

Volunteer your time.

Embrace your flaws.

Lead by example.

Take nothing for granted.

Challenge yourself.

Never give up on your dreams.

Love yourself.

Welcome ladies and gentlemen! I am Pinkspen – BA|MSW, Professional Blogger, Feminist, Counselor, and Equality Advocate. I am the Founder of LADYHOOD journey. I created this brand to promote self-love, equal rights, healthy relationships, and health & wellness, and to also challenge social concerns like body shaming, beauty standards, and insecurities. I want women and all my readers to leave my site feeling uplifted, supported, and empowered. I love to spend time with my daughter, going to local bars and restaurants with family & friends, online shopping, photography, sipping Chia Tea or Iced Coffee, sitting on my porch while drinking a glass of wine or dark beer, and listening to music from artists like Alessia Cara, Jhene Aiko, Khalid, Frank Ocean, Coldplay, and Kings of Leon.
